Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations

Jupiters Plans is happy to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations.

Cancellation: request within 1 hour of placing order.

Returns and exchanges: contact me within 7 days of delivery and ship item(s) back within 14 days of delivery. Buyer will be responsible for shipping fees.

Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Discounted shipping is sent via first class mail (stamped letter mail) and does not come with tracking. Upgraded shipping with tracking is available.

Free shipping on orders $35+ (includes tracking).

Once shipped, it usually takes about 5-7 business days for USPS to deliver the package.

Please note: Jupiters Plans is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package has not been received within 30 days of the original scanning date, please contact your USPS office for assistance.

Processing Time

Our current estimated processing time is 3-5 business days. All items are made to order and I am a one woman maker and shipping machine. I aim to get orders out as quickly as possible.

Please note this may vary during sales, holidays or promotion periods. I will keep processing times as updated as possible on site.
